Rodney is our resident big boy. Weighing in at 1600lbs, he's truly a gentle giant, unless you’re in his way when someone has a loaf of bread in their hand. Rodney is the only one who came to us with a name. He was Dave's favorite, and named after one of his dear friends who had passed, who was always remembered as a booming personality, and a gentle, kind soul. Rodney holds a special place in our hearts. Some of our volunteers have trained him to give kisses, and he runs right up to the gate when he recognizes who's pulling in. He's our problem child. He will let you know whenever a fence panel is loose, or moo loudly until you give him a snack, but we still love him.

Everyone that has met Rodney says he's the nicest boy you'll ever meet. He loves his leafy greens, apples, and especially watermelon. He’s also a big carb guy. He has never met a

bagel, roll, or loaf he didn’t like.

He's not a fan of pumpkins, bananas, or being told no. Rodney loves head scratches and will follow around if he knows you have treats. This big boy would love if you'd be his sponsor!
